The Blueprint
Two weeks. A real plan at the end.
A paid engagement to map your operation, work out which automations are worth building, and build one of them as a prototype. Yours to keep, whether or not we ever build the rest.
We quote it on the call, scaled to the size of your operation.
What is in it
What you leave with.
- 01A process map.How the work actually moves through your business. Not the org chart. Not what you think happens. What is actually happening, where the time goes, and where things break.
- 02A list of automations worth doing.Every automation worth considering, in priority order. You will know what to do first, what to do later, and what to leave alone.
- 03A stack to build them on.A sensible mix of workflow tools, AI models where they earn their place, your existing CRM, calendar, and comms. Nothing exotic for the sake of it.
- 04One working prototype. We build the most important workflow end to end and show it running. Not a mock-up. Not a slide. Something that actually works.
- 05A plan for the first quarter of build. What we would build first, in what order, with what dependencies, and what each phase should produce.
- 06A fixed price for the build. If you want us to deliver it, the price is on the table at the end. No drift, no surprises.
How it runs
Two weeks, week by week.
- Days 1–2We sit with you.Two structured sessions with the people who actually do the work. We map the inbound, the follow-up, the reporting, the bottlenecks. We listen for the same word said three times in a row.
- Days 3–5We rank the options. The process map turns into a list of automations. We model the time each one saves, how hard it is, and what could go wrong. We pick the one we will prototype.
- Days 6–8We build the prototype. We design the stack and build the most important workflow. By the end of the week there is something running you can use.
- Days 9–10We hand it over.A working session to walk through the Blueprint, show the prototype running, and put a fixed price on the table for the build. You leave with a plan you can act on.
Who it is for
Service firms where most of the day is paperwork.
We work mostly with Mortgage brokers, Recruitment agencies, and Accountants & bookkeepers. The shape of the work is the same across the three: lots of inbound, lots of paperwork, lots of follow-up, and a leadership team close enough to the operation to feel where it hurts.
If your business runs on email and spreadsheets, the Blueprint will earn its keep.
What it is not
Things it is not.
- A free discovery call.
- A slide deck.
- A six-month pilot.
- A sales meeting in disguise.
What happens after
Build with us, or do not.
Build with us. A monthly retainer covers the delivery: workflow automation, CRM and reporting integrations, email and calendar work, AI agents where they earn their place, dashboards, documentation, ongoing support. Scoped from the Blueprint. Month to month.
Or do not. The Blueprint is yours. It is a working plan, not a sales document. Hand it to your in-house team or another partner if that is the right move. We will say so if it is.
Questions
The ones we get asked.
Why is it paid?
Because the work needs doing properly. Free discovery calls turn into vague proposals. A paid engagement gives you a real piece of work: process map, prioritised automations, a working prototype, the lot. You keep it whether or not we ever build for you.
What if we already know what we want built?
Most owners come in thinking they know. The Blueprint usually surfaces a couple of things they had not thought of, and reorders the list. If you are certain, fair enough. Get in touch and we will quote the build directly.
Which tools do you use?
Whatever fits. Most jobs are a mix of workflow tools (n8n is common), a frontier model for the reasoning bits, and your existing CRM, calendar, and comms. Some get our managed agent on top. The Blueprint tells you which.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week of an initial call. The Blueprint itself runs over two weeks.
What if we want to build it elsewhere?
The Blueprint is yours. We would rather you build it than not. If we are not the right partner for the build, we will say so.
